Commercial Advertising Rates

The "Fee" for advertising commercially on the VK Classifieds is via donation to VK Classifieds and by adhering to the Commercial Conditions of Use (listed below).  The rates are as follows:

*$50 per month (minimum A$150)  ie:A$600/year

or

*$360 for a full calendar year. 

The rates are based on a full calendar year ie: Jan -Dec and are renewable at the beginning of each calendar year ie: 1st of January or before.  If an advertiser wishes to start advertising at another time then the appropriate rate will be for the balance of the calendar year ie: months remaining * A$50 (subject to the A$150 minimum).  There is no limit to the number of adverts that may be placed during the advertising period.  All adverts must be placed in the "Commercial" category and also the "Commercial" caption must be used.

These payments will be used to continue and possibly upgrade this service.  Also some funds will be used to promote Ham radio via DXpedition sponsorships and other activities.

Commercial - Conditions of Use

  1. VK2CA owns, runs, maintains and pays for this site and as such has 100% control over what does or does not appear on this site at all times.  I wish only to provide a service to my fellow hams and try very hard to be fair, at all times, to everyone whilst doing this.  I DO NOT wish to engage in any correspondence regarding the administration of this site! If that, or any of the following guidelines, is not acceptable to you then DO NOT use this site!

  5. The normal guidelines of this site are to be observed in regard to advert content ie: offensive, abusive etc.

  6. Commercial advertisers, like all advertisers on this site, who do not adhere to their relevant Conditions of Use & Guidelines will risk having the offending adverts deleted without notice and possibly having their permission to advertise on VK Classifieds  revoked completely.

Newsgroups are for this activity.  Your adverts will be deleted without notice if this occurs.

Companies and/or agencies advertising with VK Classifieds agree to INDEMNIFY VK Classifieds, VKHam.com, its Webmaster and agents against all claims, demands, proceedings, costs, expenses, damages, awards, judgements and any other liability whatsoever, wholly or partially arising directly or indirectly in connection with copyright, infringement of trade marks or unfair competition, breach of trade practices or fair trading legislation.

Advertisers also WARRANT that the information provided in their adverts complies with all relevant laws and regulations concerning copyright, infringement of trade marks or unfair competition, breach of trade practices or fair trading legislation and that their display will not give rise to any claims against or liabilities to VK Classifieds, VKHam.com, its Webmaster and agents without limiting the generality of the foregoing, that nothing therein is in breach of any laws or regulations.
